Have applied for initial OPT and got it approved on January 15. Two weeks after my starting date (February) I joined a company and worked there for two weeks and then got another offer and changed my employer.
I forgot to update my DSO for employer change and initial employer information. I did update on August with information of the current employer which is late. I asked DSO if there is way I could update for first employer as well but she said that is not possible because she always submit the latest one.
Would it be a problem when I apply now for STEM Extension? Is it better for me to attach both of offer letters showing the starting date?
