Hello,
I got RFE for first OPT for transferring from one to another university. On the same day my student transfer has initiated by XXX university for your attendence with XXXX university and subsequently released,deactivating attendance with XXX university.
An F-1 student must have pursuing a full course of study at the school he/she was last authorized to attend before the student is eligible for school transfer.
Can any one suggest me about this RFE.
