I sent my packet on 6th of October and was delivered on 8th of October. From what I know and seen so far, it usually doesn't take more than 2 days to cash in the check. That hasn't happened for me so far. My real concern is my I-20 was issued on 21st of September and hence I will have to make sure my application is with USCIS before 21st of October.
My concerns:
1) What happens if my application is returned after 21st of October? Would I not be able to reapply again?
2) Should I wait for end of this week for updates, otherwise send another application so that it will reach USCIS before 21st of October?
3) Let's say after I submit 2nd application, and the first application actually goes through, will there be any problem with processing due to duplicate?
