    Travelling to India on OPT STEM, My Employer is not e-verified, is it safe?

    Currently I'm on OPT extension and my employer is not e-verified and I'm thinking to go India.Is it safe to go now or will it become problem at port of entry? please help

    My friend went to India on the basis of OPT STEM too and she was denied re-entry. I would say unless it is really necessary avoid it.

      my opt was extended when i was with my previous employer.......

        How come you got stem extension when your employer is not e verified? I guess it is a risk if they come to know about this it will be a problem.

          it is not a problem but avoid some of the airports like Chicago, NJ etc and take the all paper work what u have with u.... regarding employer letter and if u have the client letter alsou can take that tooo.....

            why do u think they are denied reentry? for wat reason? are they breaking any law?
