No response to OPT application

Hi,
I sent my OPT application via USPS to its mail box in Phoenix and it shows that it got delivered on the 28th of September, 2015. I haven't received any confirmation. My cheque hasn't even been cashed yet. I mailed the USCIS regarding this and they say that they don't find my application in their database. Is this something to be worried about. Do I have to send in another application?? or is there a chance that my application will be processed at a later time???

Bro wait for 2-3 days. It usually takes 10 days. But u will get don't worry

Nothing to be worried about . It does take some time as all students graduating in December apply around this time and they get a lot of applications. If your check does not; gets cashed in the next two weeks then call USCIS. Read about EAD here: http://bit.ly/1M10n7G

Don't panick yet wait for 2-3 weeks from date of receipt

If u have enough of days to wait it's fine to wait or just send one more application. ( if u have tracking number the day it gets delivered cheque should be cashed in 3-4 days )
I did the same thing first one didn't get accepted due to some mistake in cheque. They sent the application back. Luckily I send one more I had just 8 days left.
