CPT from Day 1 in ITU?

I did MS here and currently on OPT stem extension. My h1b didn't get picked this year. If the opt extension is cancelled in February 2016, i would have to take admission in college with cpt from day 1.

Did anyone go to ITU for their 2nd masters (with cpt from day 1) after doing 1st masters from a different university? If so, i would like to know if they offer full time cpt (40 hrs) for 2nd masters if 1st masters in not from ITU itself?

Yes, they approve 40 hrs per week CPT . It doesn't matter whether it's your 1st or second masters. However, they may be changing their policy from Spring 2016 onwards.
