Travelling to India on OPT Extension

Hi,

I'm currently on OPT STEM and it's getting expired in June 2016.
I'm planning to go India in November 2015 and returning in December 2015.
Will there be any problem while coming back.
And what all documents do I need for returning back to USA.

no problem travel i 20 recent pay stubs ,letter from employer ,letter from client if possible
