Travelling on OPT with a slightly modified name

I will be traveling to India between October 1st - October 15th. My opt expires on Feb 12, 2016. My OPT card holds a slightly modified first name.

i.e. Actual First name: Xxxx Yyyy (2 parts), but on the card the, Given name : Xxxx Y.
I don't have any Middle name.

My questions are:

1. Will there be any problem in my travel due to the name issue?

2. As my OPT expires on Feb 12th, 2016 will there be any problem in traveling since the 120 days period will start by October 12th.

3. Also will these 15 days period be counted towards my unemployment days (I have only 15 out of 90 day left as I got the job late). I will e taking vacation from my company.

4. In case if I loose the job, what are the other options that I can look for? Can I contact a company in USA and get an offer letter while I am in India? Will that work? (Just in case)

Please answer my questions. Thanks in advance.

1. No.
2. No. There is no 120-day restriction period.
3. As long as the vacation is approved by your employer, it shouldn’t count towards unemployment (http://www.ice.gov/doclib/sevis/pdf/...nce_042010.pdf).
4. Yes, that should work. However, if you are laid off while in India, you will be accruing unemployment time from the time of termination.
