I am pursuing my MBA at American college of commerce and Technology Virginia. After joining here I came to know that ACCT is not there in H1 list. We are not eligible to apply H1in masters quota as MBA student I'll have only 12 months of OPT,Please suggest me what to do.I have already transferred from NYIT to ACCT, can I transfer from here to any other university which is there in h1 list?

yes get transfer , that is for profit uni and learn the immigration laws before transfering to any university , otherwise you will get in troubleComment
