Stem opt denied, h1 is approved

My first OPT expired on JAN 21 2013.
I applied for STEM OPT before that , got a RFE, replied to it and got DENIAL, as reason mentioned is more than 90 days unemployment.
Working till date.
I have been aproved the H-1 visa,
What are my options now- Whether I qualify for Cap Gap & whether can I stay in U.S.A as my H-1 is approved?

Hi !! I also got RFE for my OPT extension, Could you please let me know what are the documents you submitted for not working days and How long you didn't work in your OPT period ???
