OPT CARD MISSING--Kindly need sugesstions

HI,

My OPT card was shipped by USCIS and even shows delivered but it never reached me,
Kindly assist me with the further proceedings to get a new opt card,

Do i need to re-apply?? just in case if i need to to re apply how many days it would take USCIS to send me an other card, is there any other possible way to get OPT.

If any one can suggest me regarding the issue that would be a great help.

I am facing similar situation after speaking hours and hours with USCIS all I can do is to apply for replacement card by paying 380$ again.
The procedure is same as in first EAD card it takes 90days.
I'm still waiting for replacement card.

Complain to the local post master and try to get a letter from him , mailing that with a photocopy of your receipt number to uscis may actually expedite your case

Did you contact USCIS to tell them that you didn’t receive the card? They will have the USPS tracking number. You need to contact USPS to find out what happened to the card. Information about replacing a “lost” card can be found here: http://www.uscis.gov/green-card/gree...ation-document
