Applied OPT. Got an RFE.

Hi,

I have applied for OPT. I got an RFE asking the below information.

1. I initially joined Industrial engineering in a university in Texas. Then I shifted from there to another University. Here I took Masters in information systems. Now I have been asked to explain my reason for the transfer. Please suggest me a good reason I can give for the transfer from IE to Info systems.

2. I have joined IE in Summer semester but did not take a full semester. But, I have maintained my F-1. Now, these guys are asking me for a proof of a full course semester. I just got transferred from one Univ to the other and started the course. So, please let me know what can I probably tell them.

Please reply for the above at the earliest would be appreciated.

these are some cases which I have seen denial if they are not answered properly first have you done the pre requisites for doing the masters in Information systems ?if two universities are in two different states then because of the climate of texsas you can tell them some health issues you cahnaged the state and after changing your friends has suggested that this course has a bright carrier in US as well as your home country .so after finishing the course and getting some experience u will be going back to home country some thing like this .I really recommend an expert or an attorney when you are answering this RFE inorder to convense them

Try to see if you can get a lawyers help . This is your future . It would be wise to take extra precaution
