OPT EAD card was returned back to USCIS due to unsecure location to deliver the card

Hello Guys
My OPT was approved in July and the card was mailed to me but the USPS felt that the address I mentioned in my file was not a secure location to deliver the card so they send it back to the USCIS they kept a service request saying that if the card was resend to USCIS they will mail back to me or else I need apply one more time. Did anyone faced the same problem? what should I need to now do I need to wait for card for some more time or do I need to apply one more time? any suggestions ? Thank You.
