Hi friends I have a doubt. I am going to graduate in January 2015, so when can I apply for OPT is that upon graduation or 90 days prior completion of the course.

Details of when you can apply for OPT should have been provided to you by your Student Advisor or should be on your school’s website and also can easily be found online (Google is your friend).
