Hello Guys,
Thank You for all the Support by everyone of you on DESIOPT.
I am Currently on OPT and i am applying STEM Ext within end of this month, My OPT End date will be Last week of Dec and hopefully my STEM EXT should start from Last Week of Dec. I am Working with a company as a Full Time Employee for more than a Year. Things have changed (not even satisfied single promise they made to me) and i am looking to change my employer. I am Aware of the fact that my Current and Future Employer should be E-Verified for STEM EXT. I will be applying with the Current Employer Information for STEM Ext Application within a Week and i have started to look for other offer on both Contract and Full Time Employment.
My Questions are
1- After i submit my STEM EXT application, can i change my employer before the Case gets approved or when the case is in Pending?
2- If Yes, what should be my next Step?
3- If No, is there any way that i can change the employer like cancel and re-apply?
4- My Current Designation(title) is Developer (Which i am Not) and i am a DBA (It might Sound Weird) but due to some organizational reasons, they gave me this title and at that time i didn't had any choice except to take this job. Also all my previous papers say my title as DBA and my future company will also provide me the title DBA. Will this affect in any way on STEM EXT? or Any other future complication that i should be aware of due this stupidness (I heard some people say that i might affect during my GC).
Everything above is being Optimistic and i am aware of the issues going on regarding STEM EXT.
