Hi..I had applied for EAD card and sucessfully received it. But my name printed on it had a minor Spelling error.I had to resend my form and card itself too to issue a new corrected EAD Card.
Since my OPT starts on June 15th 2015, I want to ask that, Can I start my job if my new EAD doesn't arrive on time, considering I have a copy of my old EAD card.

I am in a similar situation. I have my SSN through CPT , I have applied for OPT , can I work using my SSN only while I am still waiting for my EAD card
