I wanted to know in case of an RFE, how much time period do we have to submit all the documents? Is it 90 days??

The standard period is 12 weeks or 84 days (+3 days for mail). However, depending on the request, USCIS can shorten that time to, for example, 30 days. For example, if USCIS is requesting a document that you should already have or is requesting information, then they can put a reply period of 30 days.
