Transfer for H4 to F1

I am on H4 visa, Thinking of joining MS for getting work permit.Came to know that Harrisburg University provides CPT.

Please help me on below questions.
1. Any problems while applying H1 with this university ?
2. Will there be any problems with CPT ? How difficult is course curriculum ?
3. Any other universities where MS can be completed in 1 year and offer admission without GRE,TOEFL,IELTS ?

Genuine CPT is very rare. Abusing CPT for full time work is illegal. If you want to work get a H-1 or other work visa.

I am an International Admissions Officer at Sullivan University and we do have some programs that require and externship, meaning that you would be able to apply for CPT, We have had many students move on to H1, however our program is 18 months. As for the English requirements you are unlikely to find a school worth going to that does not require this. Please message me if you would like to discuss this further.

Proceed very carefully with any school offering CPT from the beginning. USCIS has been giving increased scrutiny to any and all applicants for H-1B who have worked on CPT for extended periods of time, especially for those who worked on CPT “from day one”.
