You need to file the I-765, with fees, again (http://www.uscis.gov/green-card/gree...ation-document). You should see your advisor for assistance.

I have a question. A friend of mine is going for an MBA in USA. He has 12 months OPT after he finishes his 2 year full time MBA. My question is, Is he eligible for 17 months STEM category extension after 12 months of his OPT since he has a bachelors degree in Engineering? I heard students who have a bachelors degree in STEM category from their homeland are also eligible for 17 month extension. please throw some light on this issue!

for mba you wont have stem extention ie 17 months . I strongly recommend to go for engineering as getting h1 is tough these days
