I graduated in December 2014 and joined a consultancy. I forgot to update my employer details . I then changed to a second consultancy in June 2015 and updated the new consultancy. Both the consultancies are e-verified. I dont know if the first consultancy everfied me and my school never asked for an employment letter after the initial 90 days. So I forgot to provide them with the employment letter. I want to know if this will cause any problem while applying for opt extension.My opt started in Jan 2015 and will end in Jan 2016. If so, is there a way that I can provide supporting documents to UsCis so that I don't receive RFE. I never got any letter from USCiS either asking for proof of employment after 90 days. Please help!
