OPT EAD card(12 months) expiry date error

Hi my name is abhilash ,on my opt card my start is
7/10/2015 and the expiry date is 04/30/2016. what should i do to get it sorted out ? please give your valuable suggestions ,any one experienced the same problem ,please share your experience.

Check your I-20 and make sure it has the correct dates. If the error is on USCIS’s part, contact USCIS immediately as they need to issue you a new card (http://www.uscis.gov/green-card/gree...ation-document). Your DSO should be able to assist you as well.
It is your responsibility to get this fixed. If you don’t fix it, you will not have authorization to work past April 2016.

i have correct dates on my I-20 they are start date of 06/25/2015 and end date of 06/24/2016 . Thanks for the Info.

1 employment validation ( pay stubs,time sheets or letters etc) ..

I prefer not to submit until i get rfe ..

The same thing happened to me. I was too scared to send them the documents and jepoardize the situation coz the customer service rep said that as per the rule you can get anything upto 12 months of OPT. My OPT will expire in October'15 I am thinking of sending out the docs now to see what happens
