I had applied for EAD card and my case was received on 26th march. Its 120 days now and I still didn't get my card. They say some biometric issue happened. I don't know what is that and I am in India at present. Please help me how should I resolve it

Send them photos the same way as you did while sending the documents for ead card !! Let them know just in case that you have sent photos and confirm once they hv been received by them...Comment
