Official transcript while having account balance

My former school will not send me transcripts in sealed envelopes to my new university which I'm applying for masters degree what should i do ?


i don't have full money to pay.But at the same time my opt extension got expired . Any suggestions please ?

There’s nothing you can do but pay if you want official transcripts. If you can’t afford to pay your previous school, how are you going to pay the school you currently want to attend?
