No Last Name on OPT Card, How to fix this?

Hi,I have an issue with my name on OPT card. on my passport there is no last name, but when I applied SSN, the university gave me NLN as my last name, now the OPT card does not have the Last name. when I try to call USCIS, they are saying to do the whole paper application for just a name change. can you please guide me the right procedure to do this.

I believe to change the name on opt you need to start from changing the name from your passport. If it was lnu in your ug certificates then you need to change on everything
