I 'm currently working for a client X and received my EAD card last month, only to know that I have a spelling mistake on my name. I have sent an email to USCIS asking for a replacement. Do they take 90 days again, even if its a mistake at their end? Is there a way to expedite this process? Also, now that if we have to resend the wrong EAD card to them, am I still authorized to work for this period meanwhile?
