Hi,

I am currently working full time and my h1b was not picked this year (surprise) . I am eligible for a OPT extension however my employer is not e verified. However to enable me to stay they are now willing to be e verified . My question was when I was hired they were not e verified now they will be, will I be able to apply for my OPT extension in such a scenario.
