Opt Payroll

Hi all,

My Opt Started on Feb 12, 2015. I tried for full time job for 45 days, but I did not get any job. So after 45 days I joined in a desi consulting company and reported the college that I am working with XXXX employer from Apr 6 2015. Even I did not found any contract job through consultancy, Finally I got a full time With ABC company, and Joined on July 1 st 2015.

I am not sure consultancy run my payroll during my attachment with them..

My questions are

1.) will I face any problems during my extension??

2.)If yes What are the other options I have???

I think u get 90 days grace period. So u should be ok

Hmm .. Have a letter from consultancy stating that u were with them for the period mentioned.. It will help u if u get a rfe about maintenance of status ( for employment history )
