OPT Status- 'Your appeal is Dismissed'_without any appeal

Hi Everyone, I graduated in mid-May this year and have applied for OPT. Last Thursday, on June 25th 2015, my status in USCIS website suddenly changed from "Case was received" to "Your appeal was dismissed and the original decision of your case keeps same"(see the pic below). But I never put any appeal and I also haven't seen any "Original Decision" except "Case was received" in USCIS website since I mailed them my documents for OPT application in April 27th.




I called USCIS this morning, and they said they cannot figure out why this happened and they gave me a request # to let me wait for 14 days. They will do some research and send me a letter up to 14 days which will be revealing if it is a glitch in their website.


Did any have the similar experience before? Please help me!Thanks a lot!

It happened to me too don't worry call them and raise a ticket they will correct it and it will change to card under production within a week or so it might be a technical error
