OPT extension documents

Hello everyone, my opt expires in 7 days and I've been a bit late in sending my documents. I wanted to clarify if I have sent the right documents . I basically have issues with 2 things.

1. For my employment letter , ( since I joined a consultancy ) , it's stated that training began on a particular date and employment began on a different date. I was wondering if it's going to be a problem ? I am still to hear from the USCIS ( Arizona division ) but does any one else know if that will be an issue ?

2. For my proof of graduation I sent copy of diploma. I still don't have my official transcripts with me as I am still paying school and I they have it on hold until I'm done paying. Would it be a problem not sending official transcripts or is it a must ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Did anyone not send their transcript but only the diploma sufficed ?

1. I dont see a problem in training and then starting a real project. You should be fine if the training was not more than 3 months. You can be unemployed on OPT for not more than 90 days.
2. Can they give a letter saying that "here are candidate A's unofficial transcripts. The univ cannot provide an official once since the student has enrolled in Installment plan" . I am sure if not the letter, you can easily print your unofficial transcripts and send'em

1. I think under initial OPT, it is fine even if the training ( unpaid) period is for more than 3 months?
