Very Urgent: Stem Extension Querry

Hello,

I have a question regarding my OPT-12 months. During which I forgot to notify my college/DHS within 10 days about my new employer. However I did notify after 25 days. Can anybody tell me whether this mistake can lead to OPT STEM extension denial?
