Job change in OPT

Hello,
I am currently in my OPT. I got a job offer from a company and will be starting this week. It is an OK job and the pay is not great but not bad. I am close to getting an offer from another company, a giant in my field and the pay is almost 40% greater. My questions are :
1) Can i change to the second company after like 10 days of joining the first company? Solely for my personal reasons.
2) Will this cause any issue during my STEM extension or H1-B application?

A change in jobs is lawful as long as you follow the rules (notify your DSO, etc.), regardless of how often or how long you stay in the job. However, if you are only there for such a short time, you want to make sure that you obtain proof that you have worked there as it may be hard to be obtained later.
