First name has got only inital instead of full name

Hi Desi OPT,

I have got my first name & last name correct for first OPT card but STEM OPT extension USCIS has printed my name as incorrect for only second part of my first name as initial (single letter).

1. Will this cause any issues while applying H1-B ? or should I call USCIS for replacement ? my employer said its fine, but I still doubt please help

Example:
Firstname expected is: ABC XYZ
but it printed as: ABC X

please give me you suggestions. Last name is correct in both EAD's.
PS: (May be USCIS thought its my middle name and just mentioned as initial)

By the way on the back of the card the name is printed correctly

Check the copy of your I-765 and see if it has been filled out correctly. If it is, you can ask USCIS to correct it. However, if the first part of your name appears in full and your last name appears, it may be a negligible error that won’t affect an H-1B petition in the future.
