I have got my EAD card and OPT is going to start from June 8th 2015. Iam left with one more course to be taken in this summer. Is that okay to take a class while Iam on my OPT? Do I need to update my SEVIS as well and get a new I-20? I have no choice of cancelling my OPT as I've got my EAD card also. My DSO has no issues with taking class while im on OPT but she did not mention anything about issuing new I-20. I read in some articles that taking a class will automatically cancel OPT...is that true?
