Job Before OPT

Hi Every one I am graduating in Spring 2015 and applied for OPT and start date as JUN 21, here i have a job offer starting from may 26th what will be the safer side to join that position, it is a full time position in a biotech company, can i start my job from may 26th as a volunteer because the requirement for that position is emergency and they cant wait until my OPT gets approved, so can i join as volunteer and join as employee in the company after getting the OPT. The company is ready to offer the volunteer position for a month and later accepts as employee. Please suggest me the safer side because in Biotech field we can find jobs very rarely

Hi, I have just recently came to US and would like to know if i can trade in forex market on F-1 Visa. My VISA prohibits me from working outside the campus but i am not sure if forex market trading comes under that. Also I can open an account with UK forex broker if possible . My major is Computer Science. Thanks

Any type of active "trading" on your part while an an F-1 student visa involving the United States, US assets, individuals or entities constitutes unauthorized employment in your particular situation.
