Multiple transfers of universities

HI,
I came to a very good university with a nonstem pharmacy course.so,I shifted to a low grade university with computer science major there they are asking me to do too many prerequisites.I have admitted from other university with less prerequisites.Is it ok if I transfer my sevis third time ??
Will it be a query during my Opt or h1 b filling ??
