Hello Everyone,
I will be applying for OPT STEM extension.
My initial OPT start date was from July 15, 2014 and I got a job on October 6, 2014. I had accumulated 83 unemployment days. I quit this company on March 24, 2015 and joined another company on March 25, 2015. Therefore, I avoided crossing the 90 day unemployment period.
Since, I will be applying for STEM extension, I would like to know whether I must enclose employer proof of only the new company or must I enclose the complete employment history for both the companies when initially submitting documents to USCIS for STEM extension ?
Documents for employment proof:
Old Company: experience letter indicating the start date and end date along with the job description.
New Company: Proof of letter of employment from the HR stating the start date and job description.
It would be very helpful if you can kindly let me know about this.
