Hello,
I finished my master degree 12/21/14,applied for OPT 01/21/15.My DSO delayed updating my SEVIS record 02/03/15,there for my application for OPT was denied in 03/23/15.and my SEVIS has closed.I run to the university have met with the Vice President,regestrater and The DSO.We came out to result that the DSO did the mistake.We have made conference call to USCIS explained the situation as it.the USCIS officer recommended to appeal.The University took responsibility for all expenses and they sent a letter explained that the fault lies with them.Do you think the appeal will be approved?can you give me any advice?thanks.
