OPT for masters and DAY 1 CPT problems

I have my bachelors in computer science engineering from india and did a certification course of 9 months which has only 12 months of OPT.

1.Will i be eligible for another 12 months of OPT and 17 months of STEM extension if i pursue master after utilizing my 12 months of certification OPT.

2.What are the problems of day1 CPT if my H1b get denied since i have only 1 chance of filing it.Is there any chance getting a RFE for DAY 1 CPT cases and how can i solve it.

I ll be grateful if you could advice me on my question which is really important for my status here.

at each level you will be getting opt bachelro's level and then masters level and after phd level .if your certification course fall s under graduate or undergraduate .
