travel on opt

Hi my name is arjun iAm in emergency so I need ur help to come out of this I applied for opt n I received my opt card 10 days before I will be completing my masters by 26 th of April my opt start date was on May 27 now the issue is I got an emergency issue my father was not feeling he was admitted in the hospital is this is the right time for me to travel India wat are list of documents should I carry I want to make short trip atleast for ten days so I kindly suggest me wat r d options I have help me that really helps me a lot
