No information for my case

Hi everyone
i had applied for my OPT on mar 4-2015,doucments received by uscis on mar-10-15.Till three days before i was able to track my case status.But suddenly from yesterday my case status is showing as
(At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.).I had called on the number they mentioned but they are saying to call after 15 days.I was totally confused what that means to.Can anyone please let me know what that means to and if anyone had had same problem earlier.

Same case was repeated to my friend. When he called Customer care, they said " Any changes or Status update on case will take 4 days to update on the server and Please wait till that time".

Same here. I also get the same error from uscis site. And this has happened to 2 friends of mine. I think just wait.

Wait for some time. This happened to me... But only for one day... Next day my status changed to : approved.. And within two weeks i got my card.... Mine was for stem extension

case was recieved on feb-17,2015 and this thursday i received my ead card

I had contacted one of the immigration officer and they said my case is under background check.So he said to wait.
