Hi
I am currently on opt i have my grad walk in this may 2015 i have a girl friend in india and we are very much committed to each other . i want to go back and get her here but i am scared as i am on opt so i was wondering that if i could send the invitation letter to her for my grad walk from my school
1. Will that work to get her a vistor visa so that she she can come here and stay in her holidays .
2. She is also doing her bachelors in india will it be a problem to get F1 in future if she get a vistor visa now
3 if i can get her on vistor visa then what is the relationship that i should mention in the invitation letters , we both have same surnames
Please do help me
