OPT denied for not signed I765 - Does new application falls in 2 month reception criteria after graduation?

Hi,

My first application was denied for not signing I765 (Even though I sent after I received RFE for that).
I sent all old documents too for the new application.

I heard if they don't receive application in 2 months after graduation - they deny the OPT.

I have new application filed - do not have I797 receipt yet - they gave me new receipt number in which date exceeds 2 months criteria.

Do I fall into the criteria of missing deadline of the application received?

If they had received your second application within 2 months of ur graduation date .. ...then u shud be good

why did the rfe get rejected ?

RFE was rejected with the same issue-i765 not signed. Even after sending signed i765.

Second application was received in march where it exceeds 2 months. In this case do thy consider continuous application or a seperate case?
