OPT STEM Rfe - Provide Correct E verify Number

Hi Everyone,Thank you for all the support we get from this forum.

Recently I applied for OPT STEM Extension and I got RFE to provide correct E verify number. ( Employer provided wrong e-verify number mistakenly )
Post OPT expiration date - 19th feb 2015
STEM Application date - 5th January 2015

1. Which documents should I Provide to support my case ( Got correct E verify Number from Employer )
2. Do I need to send I-20 and I-765 again , since both have a incorrect E verify number?

Got the same rfe. I just sent the I-765 with correct e-verify number. Got approved in 2 weeks.
