Hello everyone,
I am currently doing masters in Engineering management. I am graduating on Spring 2015.
I have planned trip of BAHAMAS CRUISE from 05/11/2015 to 05/15/2015.
I haven't filed my OPT yet. I don't have any job offers or EAD card at the time of my trip & re-entring the US port.
My Program completion date: [B]05/08/2015[/B]
END Date on Page 1 of I 20 Graduation date: [B]12/12/2015[/B] ([U]I am completing 2 years course in 1.5 years so I-20 says i am still student[/U])
MY trip BAHAMAS Cruise: [B]05/11/2015 to 05/15/2015[/B]
Possible OPT start dates that may be requested: [B]Today's date to 07/07/2015[/B]
Questions:
[B]I am allowed to re-enter the US?
what would be the ideal time for OPT request?[/B]
[B]TRAVEL RECOMMENDED ? => YES or NO
TRAVEL RISK LEVEL
What documents i require to re-enter the US? [/B]
