OPT STEM Extention taking so long

Hello
My OPT Stem extension application was received on DEC-26-2014 at Texas processing center .
and when i check the status online it is still shows "case was received ". been this way forever.
Should i be worried ?

opt extenstion can be applied 120 days before and can work 180 days after your initial opt expires so don't worry this is the peak season and things get delayed

Hello.I too applied on Dec 22 and all my frnz applied after that got a response but not me. I called USCIS and submitted a request and it was approved in 4 days.

If it's crossed 90 days after they received the application you can call uscis and see what's happening. Same thing happened to me I called uscis twice then they updated my case.

TSC is taking 3 months to process F1 OPT/EAD as per their timetable. Its not yet 3 months from the date you filed.. Having said that you can contact USCIS regarding I765 application in 75 days after filing. So call them ASAP.
