opt start date

Hello,
I finished my master degree 12/20/14 and applied for opt ((USCIS received my application 01/21/15)) one month after graduation.
In the application form i put the start day 03/01/15 (70 days after graduation)which already passed and i have not received my EAD.
This my first time of applying for OPT.*
Is there any risk to be rejected ?
What the start date will be in my EAD card if my case will be approved ?*
P.s. My driver license is expired , driver license center rejects to extend it ,asking EAD card .what is the way to extend as my case still in a process?

EAD Cards are currently taking up to 90 days to be issued. If processing has passed 75 days, you can put in a Service Request to USCIS.
You cannot extend your driver’s license without the OPT/EAD card.
