If you worked for an [B]employment agency or consultancy[/B], you must provide evidence of the jobs you worked on and dates worked. Adittionally, if you worked remotely (telework, assigned to a client site etc) please notate such in your employment history.

My Question :
I am currently with an Indian employer/consultancy, does this comes under employment agency or concultancy?

Please suggest your opinions. I appreciate it.

you call your company consultancy and you ask people if it's a consultancy or not. What's the point?

Who paid you during that time is your employer...

if you work at a client location then show your company as consulting and tell then you worked at client .if you did not work then show them as the inhouse project worked for that indian company
