221g again for phd, travel during 221g with valid visa

hi
i am a phd student, completed my masters in dec 2014. I had to travel to india and i applied to visa extension (f1). i was given 221g now and my passport was given back, i was given 221g in my masters too.
My question is, since i am having valid visa till may 2015 can i travel back to us.

A visa is just a valid legal document to enter the United States. If you enter the US before May 2015, u can use the same visa and enter the US.
