Hello all, i will be finishing my Master's program (Non Stem) in August 2015 and is eligible for just 1 year OPT. So are there any Graduate Certificate programs (University also) through which i will get OPT and STEM Extension also?

You won't get opt again in same degree level forgot about STEM. If you already have a master and used you opt then if you do another master you will not get opt or stem extensionComment
