OPT extension

Hi, I am working for a company which has many stores in many states. The main company is not e verified but they have some stores which are e-verified but they are in different states. They are ready to provide a e-verification number also. So my questions are:
1. Can I apply for STEM extension with the number they have?
2. Is it necessary to convince my employer for e-verification?
3. Can I change the employer once I get my extension?

1 hmm u can not use other company everify ( company is a entity registered to state under businesses statutes of that state )
2 they need to participate in everify if u want to work for them and wants to get opt ext
3 yes u can change
